Spray

Finally decided the title of my short! A little bit forced, but it is simple and dont give away too much of the story. Here is the design of the title:) Tried out some different A's...
To keep the aesthetics of the short I traced the title on to paper and filled it in with a marker.

Facial Expressions

I attended a facial animation webinar that Autodesk had today. Learned a lot in just 20 minutes. Note to self, check out Dr. Paul Ekman paulekman.com. A scientist of expressions. You can take training on the website that is called F.A.C.E Training.
He got three different products.
SETT: Subtle Expression Training Tool $39.
METT: Micro Expression Training Tool $20.
METT2: Micro Expression Training Tool $69.

There is also a series on fox that is based on Paul Ekman's discoveries called "Lie to me". And Ekman has a blog that analyses parts in the series Ekman Blog: Lie to me
You can learn a lot about human expressions from this guy.

If you really want to learn about expressions you should also buy "Charles Darwin: The expression of the emotions in man and animals". If you get the third edition of the book. Paul Ekman has the introduction, afterword and commentaries that updates the book to the more modern world...

This is my creative blog... I'm Håvard Forland Isaksen and are an animator that like to create stuff. I will be posting stuff about animation, work in progress, breakdowns, behind the scenes and creative work. Hopefully you can enjoy my work and learn something at the same time. Cheers
